Back to Basics offers customized training for your front line staff. Working with management I will design a specific training programme to suit the needs of your business. From answering telephones in a friendly efficient manner to reviewing sales and marketing plans, every level of training is available. Support services are also available. This includes assistance in reviewing resumes, interviewing, hiring or working on projects such as websites and mail-outs or helping to plan special events. I have eighteen years experience in the hospitality industry in the Bow Valley ranging from housekeeper to General Manager.
