Pasta To Go opened its doors to the public in the summer of 1999. Since then, the company has been manufacturing premium quality fresh pastas for the retail and wholesale market. Their pasta is served at many fine restaurants in Alberta and BC. Current products include gourmet stuffed pastas, egg noodles, and flavoured noodles. For their retail customers, they also make pasta sauces and prepared meals, such as lasagna and manicotti.

Pasta To Go’s fresh pasta offers superior quality, and ease of preparation. In creating their pasta and sauces, they use traditional Italian recipes and only the finest and freshest ingredients. There are no preservatives, artificial flavours or colouring added.

Their ‘Pasta Gourmet’ branded products are available at the Griesser Spoon, Bella Crusta, and Fergie’s Convenience Store, in Canmore and at Keller Foods in Banff. You may also purchase their products at their factory located at 1, 113 Bow Meadows Crescent, in Canmore.
