Brewster Adventure Backcountry Horse Trips

Ranch Road, Highway 1X, Seebe, Alberta
Seebe, Alberta, T0L 2C0

Travel the Historic Horse Trails of the Canadian Rockies.

For six generations the Brewster family has been sharing the spectacular nature of the Canadian Rockies and its remarkable surroundings with visitors from all over the world.
Just as they did in the 1920’s, visitors to the Kananaskis Guest Ranch enjoy horseback rides on horse pack trips into the backcountry of the Canadian Rockies. This is a truly unique way to build team spirit or simply get away with a group of good friends or family for a western holiday like no other.

Two and four day horse trips depart the Kananaskis Ranch June to September and offer rustic log cabin accommodations in two locations, Meadow Creek and Hussey's cabins. Large group bookings can be accommodated.
'A soul-cleansing sense of peacefulness is yours as you breathe the fragrant air, gaze at the mountain panoramas, and enjoy your horseback adventure'.

The horseback trips are riding tours through the awe-inspiring magnificence of the Ghost River area, bordering Banff National Park. Explore Black Rock Mountain, climb the shoulders of Yamnuska Mountain and wonder at the vista of Orient Peak. Horses, guides, meals, and cabin accommodations with all bedding are provided. Guests can simply relax and enjoy the scenery.
